Bitrate dropping drastically- how to fix?

While livestreaming from OBS to YouTube, our bitrate drops drastically multiple times. It's like a rollercoaster- the stream health will be "excellent" one moment, then the next have warnings from YouTube that the bitrate is next to nothing, then back to "healthy" status. Any ideas on how to fix this? Internet is hard wired and internet speeds are good. Below is the link to tonight's log from our stream. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
