Question / Help Bitrate drop while streaming

Greetings!

When I started streaming I wasn't having much trouble, but after a few Windows 10 updates I've noticed issues in stream bitrate dropping off. Not sure how much of my rambling is required, but I used the Auto-Configuration Wizard to optimize for streaming, and chose software encoding x264.

It's looking like it might be part and partial to CPU usage. I've tinkered with settings to lighten the load, such as changing settings to ultrafast, as well as setting OBS as HIgh Priority for both windows as well as Task Manager itself, and if anything OBS is working worse. Before I could reboot the stream a couple of times and it would work. I've even changed my Webcam setting from 1080p to 360p and still nothing. I've had bitrates ranging from 1500 - 2500 and I still can't get a steady stream anymore. Also now my audio is stuttering.

Here`s another nother log. I`m sure it`s me, so if I could be told exactly why I`m stupid it`d be greatly appreciated!
