Hello There im posting here because im seeking for a help.

Problem is with my bitrate, let me explain step by step
My max upload speed is 6.2mbit/s
Whenever i stream at any bitrate settings, it drops to 3000
and here is the thing. obs streaming at this time with 3000, so i should have upload speed around 3Mbit/s but it just using all my bandwidth, and have max upload speed.
- i was doing test with using laptop with wi-fi connection, no problems
- on PC with cable / wi-fi problem occurs
- upload speed reaching max speed with dropped bitrate,
here is my log https://hastebin.com/rerojedoju
and twitch inspector https://inspector.twitch.tv/#/wip3out/session/71a1719b-a4c8-4547-846d-98bf319550e6

Im looking forward to any advice,
Cheers!

Set your keyframe interval back to 2. You have it set to 96 which I'm sure is breaking all sorts of things, especially on Twitch's end.

Use the Twitch Bandwidth Test to find the best Twitch server to stream to. Set Duration to Medium. You can uncheck any regions you're not near. After the test completes, click the Share Result button to upload a screenshot, which can then be copied and pasted here. Get TwitchTest from https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest - likely your upload speed to the nearest server is around 6mbps, but to the nearest Twitch server it's probably closer to 3000.

And as a side note - twitch inspector only works for the owner of the channel.

It's happening even if its interval set to 2.
with 1 test was to weird to be great. i made two tests to show how it looks like,

i want to show you, uploading to twitch is inconsistent. and where you see bitrate drop, my upload speed goes max speed
even if i would stream at 3500, and uploads at 3500, a moment later it drops to 3k, and at the same time my upload is max 6000.

Ok, i was testing different services, like youtube gaming. and i have no problem with connection, bitrate is stable, no frame drops.
apparently i have problem with twitch.. some kind of connections issue? i mean.. i checked firewall. everything is fine. so what is the problem then?

Bump

If you're having issues specifically with Twitch, you basically have a couple options. The first is to contact your ISP, as they're in control of the routing and may be able to help provide some insight. Second, you could use a servicelike Restream to stream through a secondary server which would act as a proxy to the Twitch servers, bypassing your ISP's routing. Keep in mind this solution may actually make it worse, but it may be worth a shot if the first doesn't help. I recommend giving this a read if you haven't already - we've tried to curate it with all the possible solutions that could help.

Sorry I can't provide a more specific solution. Hope you get it sorted though!

@WizardCM Hello, thanks for a reply to my topic. im checking restream.io and seems it's working for me. 5 minutes on high bitrate, and no drops yet. Where before right after launching a stream i had bitrate drop.
Thank you!
