Hi - Not sure what setting I need to change to get better resolution on 43 inch 4k monitor. When I play and fit (expending in 43 inch), the resolution is really low..is there any way to increase the resolution? In my old PC, I used to be able to record it and play just like I would be able to play the same resolution. Can not figure this out.

You've set your resolution to 1080p. Not surprising it looks bad on a 4k monitor that size.

06:39:52.286: video settings reset:
06:39:52.286: base resolution: 1920x1080
06:39:52.286: output resolution: 1920x1080
06:39:52.286: downscale filter: Bicubic
06:39:52.286: fps: 60/1
06:39:52.286: format: NV12
06:39:52.286: YUV mode: 601/Partial

Look in Settings > Video

Also you should probably use the Simple mode and choose a quality level for recording rather than using CBR rate control. That's best for streaming.
