Hey everybody, i used to stream all fine till 2 weeks ago when there was 60% dropped frames, i got 250mb upload and 1000mb download.
i cant see any reason for it to happen,im connected with ethernet cable from main router
i tried reinstalling obs, doing everything but its all stuck on 1.7k, lets say i start a stream it goes 4k then really fast it drops to 1.7k and dropped frames are starting
i also tried to do the dynamically change bitrate to mange congestion and network optimaztions and tcp pacing nothing helped.
ill post few pictures i really hope someone can help me.

i also disconnected the headset and mic thinking it would cause anything but didnt help.
