Question / Help Bitrate and stream FPS in OBS is dipping...

Hey everyone, over the past 2-3 weeks i've started to notice that i'm dropping around 0.5% frames and certain points my "outputting fps" in OBS dips from 60 to anything between 52-58. It looks worse since it is dipping. I'm streaming 720p60fps with a Ryzen 7 1700 and a GTX 1060 plus 8gb ddr4 ram. My cpu usage is never ever overloaded at any point. With the new Ryzen it's processing percentage doesnt go very high. I dropped my bitrate to 2500 and it made no difference.
My upload is 10mbps.

If anyone can help i'd appreciate it!

1. since its overwatch / csgo game im 99% sure you have vsync disabled. its bad. enable it
2. your connection is bad and dropping frames. test it with https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest and choose another ingest.
3. something strange with resolutions. set video tab base canvas res to the same as you play games and filter to lanczos
720p60 requires 5550 bitare

I have the exact same problem, any fixes yet?
