Question / Help Bitrate always red, but stream quality is good. I dont know whats going on

As the tittle says, my bitrate is red 98% of the time, and the rest fluctuates from yellow and green. yet, the streams went well.
0 frames dropped.

I think Im delayed, heavily on the twitch site. I just ended a stream and review, the last to find that it abruptly ends minutes before I do.

I feel kind of dumb, but is it maybe because I quit OBS as soon as I end my stream? should I let it "cool down" a few minutes while checking my channel and then exiting OBS?

Please if there's any guide or thread that answers this issue, please link it to me.

Please post a log file, per the stickied thread at the top of the forum (or that is linked when you open a new thread here in the Q&H forum). It'll let us get a much better idea of what's going on, on the back end, as well as what settings you're using without needing to post a bunch of screenshots for no reason.
