BIT RATE PROBLEMS

Since I updated OBS to the latest version, I've been suffering from serious bugs. Here at my house, I have a fiber optic internet of 50 megs of upload, but I can't use even 1 of those 50 megs.
When I start my stream, it starts in cute green, but when I give 10 seconds it turns red and doesn't resume anymore. It is not possible that it is my internet because I only use 6 megs of bitrate. I've already left only myself on the network, disconnecting everyone, but even so, it's no use!

Please restart OBS and perform a test stream of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
