Question / Help Bit rate & Frame drop error. need help!

hello there! so i been streaming for 5 months now and havent had any problems with my streams before but like a week ago its started to get weird.

im using 100/100 mb internet so its not like im having a bad internet but its so weird cus its cant like keep up it seems.

im been streaming with the same settings all the time, but i tryid lowering the bitrate to 2000, 1500 then 1000 but still the same.

ialso tried moving my computer to a friends home. still no luck.
tried on 5 diffrent friends computers and its the same for them.

now how is this possible?

Also your log shows no issues with your internet connection.

Try running the twitch tester at medium for your region and post a screenshot of the results.

im using EU stockholm, but also tried other servers.

i tried also stream on youtubes stream thingy, but obs went the same.

checked network. upload speed seems not work as it should. might be something with that.

Hmm... with Stockholm you get a 59. Try using one of the servers you got a 98/99 on.
