Question / Help Bit Rate falls to 0 sometimes

Hello all,

I had an issue today where my bitrate fell to 0 and disconnected me from my stream. My internet was fine as all other devices in house were working and I am using a LAN wire connection. I restarted stream and it worked fine for a couple minutes before same problem occurred. Please advise. Logs attached.
