hello guys i have one big problem which i can't fix alone,so i come here to ask to any help,so i stream csgo with obs and i have big big lags when i try to stream,i have 10mb upload 100mb download,i use logitech c920 webcam and my procesor its

please if anyone can help me and say what to do maybe its my pc bad and i can't stream i already try on 1500 bitrate and it still lags i try almost everything maybe its even coz of my camera just tell me what to do and i will do :(
