Every single time i live stream a game on youtube there are big frame drops, i have tried boosting my cpu and optimizing my device for it and it made it drops a little better but i want them gone entirely. please be specific on what you say, im inexperienced with obs. by the way im on a hewlett packard windows 10 laptop.
