So as the title says.... For me it is a big problem... I rec some vids with OBS and i find out that on the video it is lagging/freezing i dont know how to call that ... So i was streaming minecraft and ingame i was having 150 FPS (while recording) and when i finished rec i took a look on the rec and it was so laggy and thing(something like 20 FPS :) )... I really dont know why...
I have a good pc i can run allmost every game on Ultra:

►CPU: AMD fx 6300 (stock 3.5-4.1Ghz)
►Video: Sapphire Radeon R7 265 Dual-X
►Ram: Kingston HyperX Savage 8GB(2x4GB)
►Mother board: MSI 970 GAMING
►HDD : Solid State Drive (SSD) Intel 535 Series (120GB) + 1 Hard 240gb

and i have another problem ... the video is kinda whitey if u get me... like it isnt haveing it's own natural collors.. they are kinda combined with a bit of white...

Post your logfile. your system is medium when it comes to just gaming but on the lower end when it comes to recording and gaming.

downscale in video tab to 720p.
change fps to 30.
change x264 preset to superfast in advanced tab.
change custom buffer to 0 in the encoding tab.

This is going to be a little more complicated task.
Check audio format in windows playback and recording devices for your mic and headset. double click on each and under the advanced tab check audio format. if each are set to 44100Hz then set OBS to that. if each are 48000Hz then there is nothing more to do. just make sure the value matches.
