Question / Help BF4 screen flashing?

Hi guys,

I am trying to use OBS in BF4, but it is not working out at all. Please see this recording and how it is flashing like crazy.

This never happened in BF3. Jim, you looked at a similar flashing issue I had before in regards with Medal Of Honor Warfighter. From the recorded video standpoint it looks like the exact same thing. Any thoughts on this?

Also, my FPS goes from 90fps to 15fps at times with stream on vs off with OBS. I have a GTX590 on latest beta drivers which nvidia recommended for BF4. Any thoughts on this flashing in the OBS recorder would be appreciated. Thanks.

Here are my log files from yesterday's stream attempt.

With BF4 retail I can confirm this flashing is no longer an issue, but BF4 streaming stutters in the stream not ingame.
