Bug Report BF4 can't load while Streaming

Hello,
simply said, BF4 will not load when i am streaming. When i try to join a server i get 1-2 FPS and the map never loads. This only started recently and the update did not cause or fix it. I thought it was because i use the NVENC to encode but i get the same problem with CPU encoding. i don't think there where any driver updates. I have to stop streaming and then i can load no problem and stream again. I don't know what else to say or information to give. It seriously just happened and i did not change anything.
Any ideas? What else can i give the devs to find the problem?

this first part was recorded with OBS.(premiere destroyed the quality, but you can make out the FPS counter in the top right corner) The second part was recorded with Shadowplay.

how do you right it? ..[SOLVED] right?
I asked around the other bf4 streamers, most of them have "Origin in-game" turned of.
Origin has the ability to stream to twitch, an i think the capture from that messed up OBS and stuff.
It works as normal now. Maybe they did a stealth update and changed something.
I would recommend you put a message to turn of overlays and stuff.
