Question / Help Better quality for buffer recording?

Hello,
I noticed that in order for me to use obs buffer recording (like ShadowPlay's recording in the past) I have to use the non advanced options to enable it. However the quality is bad compared to what I had configured for regular recording. Is there a way to change the buffer recording's quality?

I'm interested too.

I suppose you want to use the NVENC too (as shadowplay uses).

Personnaly, In simple mode, I use:

Stream:
Bitrate: 50000
Encoder: Hardware (NVENC)
Enable advanced encoder settings: Check
Enforced streaming service bitrate limites: Uncheck
Encoder preset: High Quality

Recording:
Quality: Same as stream
format: mp4
Enable replay buffer: Check

The quality seems nice, even if it is not at the same quality level as Shadowplay.

If someone has better settings, I'd like to know them. Maybe we can improve the quality by adding settings in "custom encoder settings", but I do not know anything about it.
