Currently I use Media Player Classic to stream local video files with the Window Capture source and I am not aware of any other media players being able to stream them. MPC works pretty good together with OBS, except for the fact it misses a good Library (like Windows Media Player). There is no search, not many sort options and it even lacks important fields, lik date, to sort on and there is no rating system. Actually the Library is really bad.
I know OBS is no Media Player, but it is requested by so many people.
Are there other Media Players? I know VLC, but it has the same limitations and the VLC source in OBS is even more limited.
