Question / Help best Youtube settings to reduce processing time

I'm recording videos in 1080p 30fps @3kbps and that's working fine and dandy but it takes ~30-45m to process a 2h video on Youtube.
It gives me some help on how to increase the processing speed but I cannot find any of those settings in OBS.
I couldn't find anything specific for OBS.
