Question / Help Best x264 settings for HIGH MOTION

I've been trying forever to find the best x264 settings for Quake Champions.

I have an Intel 8700k, 16gb DDR4 3000, gtx 1080.

If you've ever played Quake Champions there are heros that slide and move insanely fast. ex..slash, anarki...

I never drop frames or overload or drop FPS. It always stays a constant 60 but it tends to NOT look like a TRUE 60FPS during certian scenes. I'm on mobile and will update some VODs later.

I currently use VeryFast, 6k bitrate, Bilinear (Fast), 1280p 60fps...

Maybe custom CRF parameters? I'll update the thread with video shortly...

CBR i think is the best, 1280x720 60 fps is probably better. other than that you have good settings as long as the encoder is not overloading
