Best way to share OBS output with iPad?

In our church we are using OBS on a Windows 10 PC with the virtual camera (video) & the VB Virtual Cable (audio) to stream from OBS to Zoom over ethernet. Our minister that is at pulpit would like to be able to monitor the video steam (but not the audio), using an iPad over Wi-Fi. What is the best way to do this?
- NDI (isn't it resource / network heavy?)
- OBS-RTSP Server
- ???

That is an option. We tried it. The problem is that there is a long delay between what is happening in the sanctuary and when it shows up on Zoom. The minister would check the iPad and see that something had not happen, and then say "Can you play the video.." while in reality the video was already playing on the projector screen above her head, but was in a silent part.
