Question / Help Best TWITCH (Minecraft) streaming SETTINGS for ME

So I wanna stream..but eerytime I try it wither has huge freezes frequently, or very pixelated/blurry video.

My computer settings:

Yes, the quality is MUCH better..but the thing is that now every 5 seconds it stops broadcasting and starts loading, 5 seconds of loading and then the same thing over and over again :/

you should not watch your own stream while you encode. you will not have the same results as a typical viewer. please post the new logfile
