I have a problem, i began to stream a month ago on twitch but when i ask my friends to get in and to see if the stream runs ok they complain about that it loads every second and that ruins all the stream.

Can someone give me a full list of settings that will work?

CPU: Intel core i5-4460

GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 380 NITRO DUAL-X 4GB

Ram: 16 GB

1440p monitor

3 Mbps of upload

i want to stream at 720p

Post your logfile and read this:

I dont see a problem with your current settings. Twitch is pretty horrible at delivering your stream if you are not a partner. Sometimes it works quite good, other times not so much.

There's always the option of switching to something better like Hitbox.

However, try to stream again and then upload that log file. Your current log only shows a very short local recording, so it's impossible to spot if the issue is with your connection.

Sorry for keeping you waiting, here is my log file https://gist.github.com/83e114eb0ba212d07d3b

Read the above. Since everything looks good with that logfile as for data sent, it is more than likely somewhere between the twitch streaming site and the user. there is not much you can do besides lowering the bitrate and buffer in 100kbps increments until the user buffering is resolved

are you viewing your own stream or relying on a real viewer? the reason being is your view isn't necessarily what a real viewer will see. you might buffer but they will not. Also advised not to watch your own stream, just use a popout chat.

Second, get ahold of twitch on twitter about this
