I'd like to know the best streaming settings for my laptop , that I don't have (or not many) lag while playing games , and high quality for the viewers.
Specifications:
Up/download speed
(By Ookla)
(I don't know what server OBS uses when they say NL; Amsterdam , since there are 4 popular servers in Amsterdam , owned by KPN (my provider) , Ookla , SoftLayer tech. and Networking4All)
I hope someone could give me the (best) streaming settings for my PC and interwebs
