Question / Help Best Streaming settings playing LoL on my CPU

Hey guys I was just wondering if someone could help me with the absolute best settings I could have for streaming, its been a pain trying to find the right settings and sometimes I just get heavy fps lag like it shooting to 30-40 here are all my settings and speed test. I am not sure if the video that is archived is the exact same as the stream like lag wise.

Cpu Specs:
CPU: amd a10-6800k 4.1gz x4
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 770 FTW 4GB
Motherboard: Biostar A55MD2
Monitor: Asus 2ms 1920x1080

Bump could anyone help, my fps still drops ingame from about my normal fps you see in the video to about 25-35. Idk what could be causing it my ping is fine.
