Question / Help Best Streaming settings for Obs

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz
Memory: 16.00 GB RAM
Current resolution: 1920x1080, 144hz
Driver Version: 372.54

Ping: 11ms
Download Speed: 27.48mbps
Upload Speed: 12.22mbps

Just wondering what the best settings that I can stream at. I play games like Overwatch, Counterstrike and league of legends.

For Twitch.tv: downscale to 1280x720 with 30 or 60 fps. Bitrate 2500 if not partnered, 3500 if partnered (or when getting transcoding option).

Depending on CPU load of the game you can lower the CPU preset to "faster" or "fast" or maybe even "medium" (the slower the preset, the more CPU power it needs) to gain a bit of quality.
