Question / Help Best streaming settings 750 kb/s

I know there have been a lot of topics about this, but im still gonna ask, what are the best settings(also advanced settings for x264) for streaming games, such as war thunder, with my specs:

FX-6100 3.3ghz
HD 7850 2gb
8 gb ram

over a bitrate around 700-800 kb/s?

I know i propably should stream at 950x540.

Use a lot of downscale, use low FPS (30). That's about the best advice that can be given. If your resolution is low, you *might* be able to get some (albeit marginal) benefit by changing your x264 CPU preset to something lower, like "fast" or "medium" if your system can handle it, but you'd have to experiment with it.

Outside of that, get yourself some better internet posthaste.
