Question / Help Best stream settings?

Hi, I really want to stream on YouTube (1080p 60FPS) but I can't get higher quality than 480p (Stream says 1080p). Can anyone tell me the best settings? My Specs:

- Intel i7 CPU X 980
- MSI GeForce GTX 960
- 16GB RAM
- Internet speed is 50Mbps upload and download
