Best Stream Settings?

Hello there! This is my first time on this forum, but just because I'm not the most tech savvy person. I want to stream minecraft, and I have a pretty buffed pc (2060 super, AMD ryzen 5 3500, 32 gb ram) yet my stream is coming out choppy, what are the recommended specs?
 
Open the Tools menu, run the Auto-Configuration Wizard, and select 'streaming'. It should get you going with a decent baseline config based on the detected hardware.
