So I have decided to start streaming using OBS and I was hoping I could get some help with what I should have my settings at to get the best quality. Currently my upload speed is 1.0 mbyt upload. Now I know that is not good by no means, but im just asking what I should put my settings at to get the best out of what I have. I currently stream with 800 bitrate with both the bitrate settings and 7 as the quality and have no problems with shuttering or anything, just lack of quality, it looks kind of spotty. Is there any tweaking I could do to increase the quality a little bit because every bit counts. Ill post my PC specs below
