since twitch is limiting us now
audio 128bitrate
bitrate 3000-3500 depending if your viewers say its laggy because twitch servers are sometimes a bitch
downscaling to 1280x720 with best filter and 60 fps
and CBR enabled
put the 2 into the keyframe interval section on the advanced tab

streaming in 1080p@30 fps is also worth a try but if you want to stream fast motion related games you probably want 720p@60 fps because the quality loss wont be that huge

and for local recording 1080p@60fps with 25000bitrate audio 192bitrate quality balance 10

I used the streaming options and the options/quality is just fine but the local recording could be way better! I'm recording at 1080p @ 60fps and it doesn't even look like it on the local recording.

To get the most out of pure local recordings:
  • Disable CBR
  • Max Bitrate: 1000
  • Quality: 10
  • Custom Buffer Size: 0
  • Enable CFR
However, do NOT stream at those settings.
