Question / Help Best Stream Settings For Me?

I'm looking to do clean 720p FPS Streams with the best quality and clutter free as I can, I also have a nvidia card for the quick sync thing or whatever. I just want to be able to stream my PC Games good with no lag as well as console games.

PC INFO
- AS Rock z77 Extremem Motherboard
- GTX780ti Superclocked with ACX Cooler
- i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
- 16GB RAM
- and I have a amazing Noctua CPU Cooler
- 1000W Power Supply

My upload speed is 3.22

What I need you to post?
- Nvidia NVENC?
- Max Bitrate
- Buffer Size
(Pretty Much Encoding Settings)
(All Advanced Settings)
and Quick Sync ENcoder settings if needed cause there is a preset in advanced for NVENC Preset

- No to NVENC. Quick Sync will look better. x264 will look best and should be your first choice unless you experience performance issues streaming a very demanding game. With a 3770 this should be uncommon.

- When weak hardware isn't an issue we typically recommend that non-partners stream at 720p30 with a bitrate of 2000-2500 to help reduce the chance of buffering for viewers. No custom buffer size. No advanced settings unless you understand what you're doing.
