Question / Help Best stream settings 720p 60FPS

I am trying to find a guide or others opinions on the best streaming settings 720p 60FPS for Fps games (call of duty). My pc build is custom built to withhold a lot for streaming and gaming. I use the Avermedia Live Gamer HD to capture the xbox 360 Fps games (call of duty). Currently my settings 3500 max bitrate, 60fps, cpu on fast. Comparing it to other streamers that have near same pc build, also stream console fps (xbox 360), and same capture card, their stream looks a lot smoother than mines. My upload 11mbps, download 50mbps, ping 18ms. There better settings to stream with using the avermedia live gamer hd for Fps console games? Also from my xbox 360 settings I already changed the resolution to 720p.

Log files aren't always necessary.

Personally, I feel that 3000 bitrate for 720p 60fps is good enough for most games. 3500 if your game has really high motion perhaps
