Question / Help Best setup for my hardware

Hi guys. I´m constantly recording gameplays, tutorials and stuff like that. I use to do that with Action (Mirillis) but i want to try OBS.
How must i setup OBS to get the best quality recordings?

My PC:

Core I7
Asus Maximus Hero 6
GTX 770
16 RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits​
