Question / Help Best settings possible without game lag?

I always have problems with either buffering on my stream or that the quality isn't good enough, so I thought I'd ask you guys for help. :))

CPU: Intel i5 4690k @ 3.5 GHz
GPU: MSI GTX 660
RAM: 8 GB @ 1600 mhz

Those are the most important specs, right? :p

720p@30fps, 2000kbps, x264 Veryfast.

There will always be some in-game impact, unless you run a 2PC setup, which are expensive and complicated to get working right; entirely unnecessary for non-partnered streamers.
