Very capable computer for streaming but you still have to consider the viewers. change the preset to faster Downscale by 1.5 using lanczos increase the bitrate/bufsize to 3968 and lower the quality to 7

Yello and red flashing means your upload cant keep up with the bitrate you choose probably. You can try a different twitch server, or you will have to lower the bitrate a bit maybe.

The quality from that vod looks great, Try 3456 bitrate/bufsize and you can keep the fps at 40 if you want.

The bitrate was never past 4500 kbps at any point.. you can also enable cbr and change the settings to 4200 bitrate 105 bufsize 40 fps

Constant bitrate. unlike the quality setting it will make you use the very close upload bandwidth to the bitrate regardless of whats happening on the screen.

oh right! thanks, i will try that and why 105 buffer? i thought it was ment to be the same as bitrate?
It's a calculated number. you won't get what we've talked about with a matching bufsize, the quality setting is still working fine for you if you're just looking for a finer looking stream during action but if you wanna try a real cbr that's the way to do it.
