Question / Help Best Settings/Pixelated stream

I'm just wondering what kind of settings I should be using for my pc, as my first stream in a while was not laggy, but pixelated. Here are my specs

AMD FX 6300 (Liquid cooled)
MSI 970 Mobo
AMD RX 480 8gb GPU
EVGA 650W PSU
16gb Hyperx Fury ddr3 1866mhz memory
WD black 1tb 7200 RPM

Download speed-75mbps
Upload- 15mbps

Screen resolution: 1366X768
FPS 60 on obs
Settings changed by setting obs to "twitch recommendations"

Games usually played: Overwatch, LoL, WoW, Diablo 3, GTA V

No. We can't just randomly stab at a problem. Why it says to provide a logfile when you open a thread in Q&H.

Are you asking for bitrates for your internet?

If you have 15Mbps upload, why not try 7Mbps at first? Set the max video bitrate at 7168Kbps and try Audio at 192Kbps.

Yeah, that's in the range that can get you banned as a denial-of-service attack.

My apologies, I thought high end streamers are allowed to use 7Mbps upload. =(
