Question / Help Best Settings how?

Hi all i have a Question :D

I try since 2 months to get my Stream Running at the best Quality Possible but i don´t now exatly how
sometimes the Picture is Not good or there are laags or something else is not as good as i would it have to watch if i had to watch my own stream.

So my Question is What i have to do in the Settings to Get the Best Possible Stream Picture for the Viewers and for my Computer With my Computer settings below ? i Already thank you for the Answers.


These Are My Specs:

Grafik: Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
Mainboard : Asus Z170 PRO GAMING
Processor: Intel Core I7 6700K Skylake
Memory : DDR4 16 GB

720p@30 or 45 FPS (prefered 30), try lowering the CPU preset from veryfast to faster or fast and check if your FPS are constant and CPU usage doesn't go 90+%

2000-2500 bitrate, or if you are Twotch partner then go straight with 3500.

If you have partnership, you have transcoding for your viewers, which means your viewers won't buffer if you're streaming at 3500kbit
