Question / Help Best Settings For Youtube Videos?

When I Upload Video, Its Either Laggy, Freezy, or not hd, what should i change my settings to?

Also I don't know if u guys need my computer specs for this.

ok i copied ur umm what r they called, settings :D and now the quality is higher but still not hd and it still freezes :/

HD begins at 1280x720. The next higher HD is 1920x1080. Your capture is much smaller than either of those, for some reason. Can you increase your screen resolution?

ok so when i increased my screen resolution, the bottom of my screen (in the video was cut-off) that was in 1280x720, when i did 1920x1080 the screens size when i was watching the video, was minimized/shrunk
any other screen resolution ideas?

EDIT: I Fixed It! i had to stretch image to screen, now the sides r cut off a little bit, but it captures my whole screen :D thanks for help! <3
