Question / Help Best Settings for Youtube recording

4 GB RAM
SSD 120 GB
HDD 1 TB
PSU CORSAIR 600W

I want a settings OBS for recording CS:GO for youtube, with a good quality.

I use OBS Studio

You don't need bitrate OR encoder preset with the settings I gave you.

framerate should be 30 or 60, and resolution should be the lower of the highest your system can handle and your base resolution.
