Hi guys i'm new to the forum and a complete noob about the game about OBS.

My setup is:

i5 6500
Gtx 1060 6gb
Ram:Corsair LPX Vengeance DDR4 2133 Mhz CL13
Mobo: Asrock H110M-ITX
PSU:corsair SF450

Internet connection: 100 mega download and 20 mega in upload.

I know it's not the best setup for streaming but not the worst either, i was planning to stream in 1080p 60fps but 720p 60fps is fine to.
As far as i understand i need to change encoder from my cpu to the gpu (x264 to h264) but i tried some test and it dosn't look how i play in game, here an example:

https://www.twitch.tv/videos/144060216

I was playing at 1920x1080 at 60fps with maximum quality but the video looks bad and it dosn't look fluid, what should i change, someone can help?

(sorry for my shitty english)

Keep in mind - i5 are not cpu for streaming and gaming. So don't expect having that crystal clear clarity.

Highly suggest:
For 720P60 - fast moving game
Output:
x264
SuperFast/Veryfast/fast - Depend on game you play.
Keyframe Interval: 2
Profile Main
CBR - 2500 to 4250 ( Higher bitrate could impact low bandwith user but a much better quality)
Video
Output Scaled : 1280x780
Downscalefilter:
Bicubic or Lanczos ( your own preference )
FPS:60

For 1080P60 - Slow moving game
x264
Superfast/Veryfast - test it
Keyframe Interval: 2
Profile Main
CBR: 3500 up to 4750

Video
Downscalefilter:
Bicubic or Lanczos ( your own preference ) Use a bit more CPU.
FPS:60
