Question / Help Best Settings for this build? ( BEAST BUDGET PC!

So What are the best settings for my build? Having trouble with all of them!
CPU: I7 4790K
GPU: MSI GTX 750TI OC
RAM: 8GB
HDD: Seagate 1TB
I think only the CPU, RAM and GPU matters
I need settings because I have to make video's D;

it isn't impossible to record 1080P an I7 4790K is powerful enough for that!
SO 1080P 60FPS Settings please! ;)

First: recording or streaming?
This is different because while streaming you are limited by bitrate, that doesnt apply to recording (where you can record with the bitrate that you can squeeze on your HDD/SSD).

Just check out the recording guide, that will give you all infos for the recording part.

But None of them works! It is for Recording, I already tested streaming, that is good! but recording is BAD ;(

What do you mean with bad?

Use that and you will get decent quality no matter what you try to record:

I use different settings, just slightly changed my streaming settings for a high bitrate - and it works too.

Have you actually followed the guide?
It looks like not enough bitrate is used, which is impossible since the encoder will balance the bitrate to get the highest quality possible.

It said 1000 bitrate.. So I choosed that

Change your x264 cpu preset to Veryfast

Quality balance to 7-8

The guide says to do more then that, so actually READ AND DO what the guide says.

Yep, so read the guide all the way through, and do everything it says to do. You've missed some very important steps.
