Question / Help Best settings for streaming

Hello everyone,

I just can't find the best settings for a quality stream with no lag.

Download: 97.13 Mb/s
Upload: 11.58 Mb/s
ping: 15 ms

Processor: Intel(r) core(TM) i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz

RAM: 16.0GB

Can someone please help me out here?
