I need help reaching optimum settings for streaming. I have an AMD FX8350 @4.0, RX570 at MSI clocks, 16 GB DDR3 1333MHz. I'm not aware of any network restrictions, but total available bandwidth is 16Mb/s down, 4 up.
Question / Help Best settings for streaming?

Use the AMD Hardware encoding, also due to your upstream bandwidth you will have to go no higher than 3000 so no better than 720p30
What do you plan on streaming
Fast motion may not look too good, you could go to a lower output resolution, like 960x540 at 60FPS I wouldn't go higher than 3300 for bitrate as you need some empty overhead That 4Mbps upstream is going to hold you back as it puts you at the minimum for 720p30
