Best settings for streaming with Ryzen 9 3900x on Twitch.

Hello people,
I would like to ask you how to configure OBS to stream with the best video quality and best gaming performance.
My PC is made of:
Ryzen 9 3900x
GTX 1060 6GB
DDR4 16GB 3600MHz.
I remember that I've tried using my CPU for streaming but I have noticed some random frame drops in my game, I mostly play/stream PUBG(if that matters) .
That is why I'm asking you for help, it is easier for you to write me which settings are you using than for me to try every setting one by one.

I'm using nvenc at the moment, but I thought that when I have such powerful CPU it might be better to use it's power.
My net is: D - 500Mb/s U - 30Mb/s

mmmmmmmmh look at emean it make not sense to stream over the CPU in a single PC setup !
