Best settings for "still" images? I.e, Recording another video with a live chat

As title generally speaks,

What could the best quality be for something of this sort? Please don't only say "Use simple mode". I only use advanced.

GPU: RTX 2070 Super
CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x (not xT)
I have a 3TB SSD, so storage is fine.
