best settings for recording

pc specs:

• Intel® Core™ i5-9400 CPU @ 2.90GHz​

• Intel® UHD Graphics 630​

• 8gb RAM

have tried changing basics settings like encorder, bitrate in simple mode but recording is very laggy. thank you in advance.

have enclosed log of a recorded 20min video.

Build your scene with Game, Window, Video Capture etc. Anything but Display Capture. Only use that if you need to record Windows stuff.
Tools > Auto-Configuration Wizard. Don't change anything once it's complete, close and open OBS, try recording again. If still happening, post that log.
