Hello!
I have been using two instances of OBS for a while now to record gameplay and webcam separately.
To have different settings I use profiles.
But I don't understand if the settings I'm using are correct, I wouldn't want to use too many resources unnecessarily.
Should the bitrate for gameplay and webcam be set the same?
This are my current settings:
GAMEPLAY / WEBCAM
mp4
VBR 50000 TO 75000
key interval 0
Preset quality
Profile hight
b-frame 2
I'm recording in FHD 60 fps both webcam and gameplay but also sometime using 4K for gameplay and same settings.
Are this settings good?
Do I have to decrease something? Obviously I would like the best possible quality without having huge files.
If i change webcam bitrate to VBR 10000 to 75000, it always recording in 10000 or so. So I assume I don't need 50,000 bitrates?
Thank you
