Best settings for Recording 60 fps while streaming on StreamlabsObs

Hello guys, i have:
Amd 3600
Nvidia 1660ti
16 gb ram ddr4 3600 mhz
I wan't to recording while i'm streaming. I tryed various settings, but all that i tryed are worst than Shadowplay with 130000 bitrate.
Can you give me some tips for settings Obs with the best quality (same or better than shadowplay)

Best settings are to use OBS Studio and tools / auto configuration.
