i look for a friendly help for our Questions and a big need of help.
We streaming live racing (iRacing). We have a extreme high upload bandwith 30 mbits.
but all we have tried has produced no satisfactory results!
Our target is a realy smooth streamimg like a TV production with 60 Frames.
Hier the facts:
- The Stream service, that we use can receive has a limit off 2.500 kbits
- Our hardware is High End (i7 3.800 MHZ with 4/8 Cores with HT, And a GTX 780 Graphic)
- We streaming with follow Settings. iracing in Windows Mode 720P Framelimit 60 Frames
without VSYNC, because it does not work in the Windowmode.
- The Game runs on the Desktop verry Smooth, almost without stutters. But in the Stream we have
extreme Microstutters all 2-3 Sec.. i dont talk about Framedrops or else. We have 0 Frame losts,
we have enough bandwitch, But the results still ever ever not smooth Broadcasting and Streaming.
- Only with 30/frames, the Stream runs without microstutters but looks not smooth in our claims.
Especially during fast camera movements, the extremely jerky background.

Although 60 frames, judder very strong.
Our large Please can someone help us, how do we achieve the best results, so we create clean and smooth judder streaming?

Encoding - CBR: True
Max Bitrate: 2500
Buffer Size: 2500 8try out different settings up to 15.000 Kbt/s)
Audio - Codec: AAC
Bitrate: 128
Video - Resolution: 1280 x 720/60 fps
Advanced - Priority: Normal (try out differetnt settings up to Real)
Scene Buffering: 1.00 milliseconds
x264 Preset: veryfast (try out all settings)
Encoding Profile: main (and high try out)
CFR: Enabled
