Question / Help Best settings for obs for me

Hi I exp lag in cs go but not fps drops i dont think that this is even lag most of the time when i switch weapon it glitches or when i move forward 1 step i throws me backwards . my cpu is i5 2400 8 ram ddr r9 270 gaming msi , please help me i really need to start streaming
 
You have yet to explain the problem.

Also, your stream doesn't have nearly enough compression on it for your bitrate/game/resolution/fps. It won't look very good at that setting, and most people won't be able to watch it either due to high bitrate as a non-partner.
